We are looking for applicants with a banking or finance background that are self-starters with good interpersonal skills to enter our New Entrant Mortgage Broker program to be trained in and accredited as a mortgage broker.

We are also recruiting for Experienced Mortgage Brokers, with varying levels of experience that are seeking business process, compliance, brand and lead generation support. We understand the many challenges facing self employed brokers trying to establish themselves within a competitive market place.

New entrant mortgage broker

If you are a successful entrant into the new entrant program you will receive at no cost to you - training, accreditation and business support valued at over $50,000.00 in year one alone.

Mortgage broker accreditation

Community Home Loans Australia will assist you gain your mortgage broker license and accreditations:

Small business start-up support

Our corporate team and program partners will provide everything you need to progress through into the role of Mortgage Broker:

  • Business cards, stationery, letterhead, brochures, flyers, banners and pens;
  • Corporate image including: lanyard; personalised name badge and pin;
  • Personalised website with mortgage calculator, hosting, email and social media business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked In connected via Hootsuite through a personalised blog accessed via your website, with our partner SEO Institute of Australia;
  • Mercury (CRM) software provided by Connective license and training;
  • You will be assigned a Performance & Compliance Coach who you will report to weekly;
  • Induction training and ongoing classroom and workplace based training and assessment.

Lead generation and ongoing support

Our corporate team and program partners will provide ongoing mentoring, marketing, lead generation and business support:

  • Administrative support including: loan processing support help desk; sales mortgage calculators, reception services, VEDA access;
  • Community Incentive Program training and Sales Lead Generator training provided by Mortgage Broker Training Australia and in house non accredited module training;
  • Broadcast marketing support and database creation to communicate to clients via fax, mail, email newsletter and SMS;
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Social Media Optimisation (SMO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) from SEO Institute of Australia;
  • Education, product updates and ongoing personal development workshops;
  • Business mentoring from our Directors.

Remuneration

New Entrant Mortgage Brokers are contracted to Community Home Loans Australia on a commission basis, taking a percentage of up front and trail commissions for each finance and mortgage product that is successfully processed. Commissions are earnt for the life cycle of each loan. Earning capacity is unlimited.

Established mortgage brokers

Established mortgage brokers

Join a team that will support You

We are seeking persons with exceptional customer service skills and a minimum 12 months experience as a mortgage broker to join our team and benefit from our support structures and lead generation.

A pre requisite for this role is that you hold a current FNS40815 Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, or equivalent.

Accreditations

Community Home Loans Australia will assist you gain any outstanding accreditations:
